Hello everyone! Happy 2016!
We’re going to talk a little bit about New Year’s resolutions. I’m not the kind of person that typically makes New Year’s resolutions, really. This might seem out of character for me because I am an obsessive over-planner, list maker, etc etc. It’s not that I have anything against them, I think I just tend to be constantly over-analyzing and goal setting and making resolutions, particularly fitness related ones, at New Year’s just seems so…basic. I have a very love-hate relationship with fitness in that I’ll spend an entire summer training for a marathon, eating healthy, working out and then spend the entire next year just eating cheeseburgers and pizza off my bare stomach in bed while watching copious amounts of TV. And let me tell you, 2015 did me real dirty with all that pizza and cheeseburger business. Real dirty.
